The following data categories can be processed according to the relevant person group and the service received/provided:

Our company does not request special personal data (health, criminal record, biometric data, etc.) through the forms on the Site. We kindly request that you do not spontaneously transmit such data. Special data that is required by legislation during recruitment processes are processed only in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Evaluating job applications and carrying out recruitment processes,
• Providing information to authorized public institutions and organizations and following up legal affairs and transactions.

Collection Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data

Your personal data; Through contact and offer forms on the site, e-mail and telephone correspondence, documents submitted by you during the contract and offer processes, facility entrance records and security camera systems and cookies; It is collected partially or completely by automatic means or by non-automatic means as part of a data recording system.

These data are processed based on the following legal reasons stated in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Being directly related to the establishment or execution of the contract — in terms of offer, contract and service processes,
• Fulfillment of legal obligation — In terms of obligations within the scope of Law No. 5188, tax and social security legislation,
• Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right — in terms of dispute and evidence processes,
• legitimate interest — in terms of measuring physical space security, information security and service quality,
• Explicit consent — with respect to non-essential cookies and consent-based communication activities.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data, limited to the above purposes, in accordance with Article 8 of the KVKK; It can be transferred to our customers who are the owners or operators of the facility from which service is received, our accounting and legal consultants, our IT and hosting service providers, banks and, upon request, to authorized public institutions and organizations and judicial authorities.

If a service provider with a server abroad is used, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 9 of the KVKK. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties other than the purposes specified in this text and will not be sold for marketing purposes.

Storage Period

Your personal data is stored for the period necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and taking into account the statute of limitations and retention obligations stipulated in the relevant legislation. If the period expires or the purpose of processing ceases to exist, your data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Rights of the Relevant Person

By applying to the data controller in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK;

• Learning whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, requesting information about it,
• Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Requesting correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of your data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the law,
• Requesting that correction, deletion and destruction procedures be notified to third parties to whom the data is transferred,
• Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of data exclusively with automatic systems,
• Request compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to illegal processing of data
