Parties and Definitions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are issued by and between Çınarlı Mah. Ziyapaşa Blv. Asım Özbilen Apt. A Blok No: 92/1 Kat: 6 Seyhan/ADANA, Grup3 Özel Güvenlik ve Entegre Çözümler Ltd. Şti. ("Group3", "Company") and natural/legal persons who visit the website www.grup3guvenlik.com.tr ("Site") or benefit from the services offered by the Company ("User", "Customer").

Filling out the contact form on the Site, requesting an offer or communicating with the Company in any way means that these Terms are accepted.

Scope of Services:

Group 3 provides armed/unarmed private security, risk analysis and security consultancy services as well as consultancy, reception, cleaning, technical maintenance, landscape and other integrated facility management services within the framework of the Law No. 5188 on Private Security Services and related legislation.

The service descriptions on the site are for general information purposes; the final service scope, number of personnel, shift order and price are determined by a separate Service Agreement to be signed between the parties. Site content alone does not constitute a binding offer or contract.

Contact Form and Proposal Requests

The User, who fills in the contact/offer forms on the site, accepts that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Group3 endeavors to respond to requests submitted through the form within a reasonable period of time; however, it does not commit to a specific response time.

The fact that the request for proposal has been submitted does not mean that the service is automatically started or that a contract has been established between the parties.

Undertakings of the user

When using the Site, the User agrees to comply with the following:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes,
• Not to take any action that will disrupt the functioning of the Site, overload it or threaten its security,
• Not to send misleading, fake or someone else's information through forms,
• Not to copy, reproduce or re-use the site content for commercial purposes without permission.

Intellectual Property Rights

The logo, brand, text, image, graphic and all other contents on the site belong to Group3 or are used under license by Group3. These contents may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Group3 takes reasonable care to keep the Site content up-to-date and accurate; however, it does not guarantee that the information contained on the Site will always be complete, error-free or up-to-date.

It is not guaranteed that the Site will operate without interruption or error, and that there will be no technical malfunction, access problem or cyber attack. Group3 shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the Site to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable legislation.

The party responsibilities regarding the security and integrated facility management services actually provided are not determined within the scope of these Terms; but within the scope of the provisions of the Service Agreement and the relevant legislation (including Law No. 5188) to be concluded separately between the parties.

4. Third Party Links

The site may contain links to third-party websites that are not under the control of Group3. Group3 is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or security of these sites.

Protection of Personal Data

Personal data collected via the website is processed in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and relevant legislation. For detailed information regarding the processing of personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Information Notice.

Amendment to the Terms

Group3 reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms shall take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Users’ continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Applicable Law and Authorized Court

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Adana shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
